We ship worldwide from Ukraine

Processing Your Order
Orders are carefully prepared within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping & Delivery Time
All packages are sent via Ukrposhta and Nova Post, then delivered by your local postal service.
Typical delivery: 7–14 business days.
Please note: customs processing or incorrect addresses may cause delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend on your country and the weight of your order, and are calculated at checkout.
We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.

Track Your Order
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. Check your order status:
• On your order confirmation page
• On your local postal service website

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
We ship from Ukraine and do not collect VAT, customs duties, or import taxes on behalf of our customers.

For orders shipped to the United States: any applicable import duties are covered and handled on our end, no additional charges will be applied to you upon delivery.

For all other countries: your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by your country upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us, we'll do our best to make it right.
