Q: Can I sell finished products made from your patterns?
A: Yes! You are welcome to sell finished products made from our patterns. We just ask that you credit Candy-Yarn as the designer.
Q: How soon after purchasing will I receive my digital order?
A: Digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase. You'll receive an email with a download link. If you experience any issues accessing your file, please contact us and we'll help right away.
Q: Can I substitute yarn weight in a pattern?
A: You can, but only if you're comfortable modifying a pattern yourself. Changing yarn weight affects gauge and finished size, so adjustments will be needed. For yarn substitution ideas, we recommend checking YarnSub.com.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: We don't currently offer custom digital orders. Our full pattern collection is available in the shop.
Q: Can I get a printed or physical copy of the pattern?
A: We only sell PDF digital downloads. Nothing will be physically shipped. You can print the pattern at home after downloading.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can check your order status on your order confirmation page or on your local postal service website. Please note that international tracking updates once the package reaches your local hub, so there may be a period with no updates while it's in transit.
Q: My tracking isn't updating. What should I do?
A: This is normal during international transit — tracking updates once the package arrives at your local hub. Please allow 2–3 business days for an update. If there's still no movement after that, feel free to contact us and we'll look into it.
Q: Can I change my delivery address?
A: Yes, address changes are possible as long as your order hasn't left our warehouse yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with your full updated recipient information and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping typically takes 10–21 business days depending on your country and shipping method. Tracking updates once the package reaches your local hub.
Q: How can I confirm the color or model of my order?
A: Simply send us a screenshot or a description of what you ordered, and we'll help you identify and confirm the details.

A: We are based in Kyiv, Ukraine. All physical orders are prepared and shipped from our local warehouse.

A: Physical orders are shipped via Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta (Ukrainian carriers), then handed off to your local postal service or international carriers (UPS, USPS, OnTrac, Amazon Shipping, etc.) depending on your location. Digital products are delivered instantly via email after purchase.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Please note that international tracking updates once the package reaches your local hub. Customs processing may cause additional delays.
Q: How is shipping cost calculated?
A: Shipping is based on your location and package weight, and is calculated at checkout. We offer free international shipping on all orders over $100.
Q: Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
A: Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders shipped to the US are not subject to additional import charges on our end.
